Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, for which the recipient is responsible. Shipments to these countries are sent on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact amount in advance and therefore recommend contacting the local customs office.

*The standard delivery time depends on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout. Deliveries to islands and rural or difficult-to-access areas, as well as special import regulations depending on the destination country, may result in longer delivery times.

Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to customs processing. If there are holidays within the delivery period, the specified delivery time will be extended by the number of holidays. We apologize for this in advance.

RETURNS

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are not returned in full (for example, components of an exclusive set). Any returned items will be sent back to the customer.

For a refund, the product must be returned in full.

Please note: The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once we receive a return from you, we will credit the return amount to you as soon as possible.

The refund for card payments may take up to 10 working days, depending on the bank's processing time. This period may vary depending on the credit institution or card issuer; unfortunately, we cannot influence this process.

Prices:

Returns within Germany are free. For returns of international orders, we cannot cover the costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

a) Did you receive a damaged item?

Please send us a picture of the damaged item to reklamation@onlysmile.de. Once we receive the proof, we will process your request as soon as possible so that we can either refund the item or send you a new, undamaged item.

b) Did you receive a defective item?

We classify goods as defective if they arrive damaged to the customer or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of purchase. Items are not considered defective if the condition is caused by expected wear and tear. In this case, we cannot take any responsibility.
