As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the tracking details.

All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, for which the recipient is liable. Shipments to these countries are sent by us on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact amount in advance and therefore recommend contacting the local customs office.

*The standard delivery time depends on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
For deliveries to islands and in rural or hard-to-reach areas, as well as due to special import regulations - depending on the destination country - longer delivery times may occur.

Please note that in exceptional cases, there may be delivery delays due to customs processing. If there are holidays within the delivery period, the specified delivery time will be extended by the number of holidays. We kindly ask you to excuse this in advance.

RETURNS

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are not fully returned (for example, components of an exclusive set). Any returned items will be sent back to the customer.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned in full.

Please note: The original shipping costs will not be refunded

As soon as we receive a return from you, we will credit the return amount to you as quickly as possible.

The refund of card payments can take up to 10 business days depending on the processing time of the bank. This period may vary depending on the financial institution or card issuer; unfortunately, we cannot influence this process. 

Preise:

The return within Germany is free of charge.
For returns of international orders, we cannot cover the costs.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

a) Did you receive a damaged item?

Please send us a picture of the damaged item. reklamation@onlysmile.de As soon as we receive the proof, we will process your request as quickly as possible so that we can either refund you the item or send you a new, undamaged item.

b) Did you receive a defective item?

We classify goods as defective if they arrive damaged at the customer or if a manufacturing defect is detected within 30 days of purchase. Items are not considered defective if the condition is caused by expected wear and tear. In this case, we cannot accept any responsibility.
